Project Overview

The client submitted the bid for the bus cluster in Delhi for 350 Semi Low Floor CNG buses. The company managed to successfully submit the bid and was ranked L2 in the overall ranking.

Key Role

Pre-Bid Review:

1. Gathering information about the tender process, its timescales, bid security requirements, eligibility conditions etc.
2. Supporting the IBD team in evaluating various aspects of the tender such as (but not limited to):
   • Size and scale of the specific opportunity, in terms of number of buses, operated km requirements, availability of depot space;
   • Financing options available;
   • Bus specifications required;
   • Phasing of the buses to be delivered;
3. Supporting the IBD team on their interactions with DIMTS/Delhi Government;
4. Coordinating efforts between different members of the bid team.

Phase 2 Bid Support:

1. Detailed evaluation of the specific cluster(s) that the client decides to bid for
2. Cost benchmarking and inputs on all key parameters (Staff cost, operation cost, Maintenance, and others)
3. Market intelligence report
